What you will do
- Build and maintain features in React and TypeScript
- Turn product requirements and designs into accessible, tested UI
- Review teammates' code and give clear, constructive feedback
- Debug and improve the performance and reliability of existing features
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly to the client team
What we look for
- 5+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid grasp of state management, testing and accessibility
- Comfortable reading and changing an unfamiliar codebase
- Clear written and spoken English
- Availability that overlaps with U.S. working hours
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems
- Experience mentoring other developers
- Uses AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor with good judgment
